Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Prince George/Cariboo BC region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing air compressors and compressed air system components for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance on equipment start-ups, installations, inspections, diagnostic testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Maintain customer relationships by addressing complaints, suggesting solutions, and recommending system improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely completion of installations and repairs.
  • Conduct safety assessments and adhere to safety procedures in diverse working environments.
  • Travel to customer sites in the Prince George region and occasionally to surrounding areas.
  • Participate in on-call and after-hours emergency services as needed.
  • Document service and installation activities accurately.
  • Promote company products, services, and solutions to enhance customer operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma with mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Previous experience in air compressor service is an asset, but we are willing to train suitable candidates.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, HVAC, and related technical skills.
  • Valid Driver's License and Canadian passport.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
