Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources, including material, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of significant departments and the appointment of senior management personnel.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; provide them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct evaluations of performance.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervision:
  • Responsible for overseeing 34 staff members.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with MS Windows
Relevant Experience:
  • Consulting in security (commercial/industrial)
Field of Expertise:
  • Security services management
Security and Compliance:
  • Must pass a criminal record check.
Travel Requirements:
  • Must be willing to travel overnight.
  • Must be open to international travel.
  • Travel expenses will be covered by the employer.
