· Job Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive CEO to lead our manufacturing and wholesale initiatives across Canada and the USA.

· Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of fire door products and establish a new manufacturing facility in the Metro Vancouver area. Strategically position our offerings and design an assembly line that encompasses all stages from initial cutting to final painting. Ensure the procurement of equipment aligns with production capabilities for smooth operations.

2. Authorize and oversee the establishment of major departments and the appointment of senior leadership roles. Manage the recruitment process for middle management, directors, and other executive positions locally.

3. Implement systematic training programs for the local management team, ensuring skill levels are consistent with industry standards.

4. Manage resources effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain oversight of the factory setup process to ensure exceptional execution.

5. Assess and navigate risks effectively amidst the challenges encountered during expansion.

6. Maintain high ethical standards and integrity to build trust and credibility within the organization.

· Employment Requirements:

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following degrees:

(1) Master of Business Administration

(2) Master of Engineering

(3) Master of Finance

2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required. Experience in fire door manufacturing, procurement for real estate projects, and corporate financing is essential.

3. Global Insight: A strong understanding of the fire door market in developed regions such as the US and Canada, as well as insights into developing markets like China, the Philippines, and the Middle East.

Preferences:Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
