Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to spearhead our manufacturing and wholesale operations in Canada and the USA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and Wholesale Operations: Develop and implement strategies to increase manufacturing capacity, improve product quality, and enhance wholesale operations to meet customer demands.
  • Factory Setup and Management: Oversee the setup and management of a new factory in Metro Vancouver, including the procurement of equipment, training of staff, and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Authorize and coordinate the formation of major departments, appoint senior staff positions, and oversee the recruitment of middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Evaluate and manage risks adeptly amidst uncertainties and challenges encountered during expansion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development and Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market presence, increase revenue, and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Holders of a Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering, or Master of Finance diploma are mandatory.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with experience in fire door manufacturing, procurement of fire doors for real estate developers, and corporate financing.
  • Global Perspective: A robust understanding of the current fire door market in developed and developing countries.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous.
