· Job Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive CEO to lead our manufacturing and wholesale initiatives across Canada and the USA.

· Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of fire door products and establish a new manufacturing facility in the Metro Vancouver area. Strategically position GH products and design an assembly line that encompasses all stages from cutting to painting. Ensure the procurement of machinery that aligns with production capabilities and maintain smooth operations throughout.

2. Authorize and oversee the establishment of key departments and appoint senior leadership roles. Manage the recruitment process for middle management, directors, and other executive positions.

3. Systematically train the local management team to ensure all members achieve the same skill level as their counterparts in the manufacturing sector.

4. Supervise resource allocation, maintain effective communication, and ensure the factory setup process is executed flawlessly.

5. Assess and manage risks effectively in the face of uncertainties and challenges during the expansion phase.

6. Maintain high ethical standards and integrity to build trust and credibility within the organization.

· Employment Requirements:

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following degrees:

(1) Master of Business Administration

(2) Master of Engineering

(3) Master of Finance

2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required. Experience in fire door manufacturing, procurement for real estate developers, and corporate financing is essential.

3. Global Insight: A strong understanding of the fire door market in developed regions such as the US and Canada, as well as in emerging markets like China, the Philippines, and the Middle East.

Preferences: Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
