Senior Director, GTM Strategy and Sales Operations Lead

The Sr. Director, GTM Sales Operations will report to the VP, Sales Operations and partner closely with our Chief Revenue Officer. This highly visible role across the organization will play a key part in shaping and executing our Sales Go-To Market (GTM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the GTM sales operations strategy to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales process improvements.
- Design and implement sales analytics and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Lead the development of sales enablement content and tools to support sales teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations and GTM strategy.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
