Job Title: Senior Director of Sales

Join Tipalti, a leading fintech company, as we continue to revolutionize the way businesses manage their financial operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Sales to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Operations team.

About the Role:

The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing the overall sales experience. This role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency
  • Lead the GTM Sales Operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, go-to-market strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales efficiency
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
