Job Overview

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled PL/SQL Developer to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of projects, enhancements, and system tickets.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective remediation strategies.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and weekly status meetings to discuss progress, issues, and challenges.
  • Peer review and testing of code developed by team members, ensuring high-quality and maintainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that processes and procedures are well-documented.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in PL/SQL and SQL development.
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, hints, and data migration scripts.
  • Experience with developing and debugging complex PL/SQL packages, handling large data sets, and advanced PL/SQL communications with Oracle.
  • Proficiency in UNIX shell scripts, with intermediate debugging and development skills.
  • Experience with version control tools, such as Stash, GitHub, and Release Management build tools, like Jenkins and BuildForge.
  • Collaboration tools, such as Confluence and SharePoint, and Application Life Cycle Management tools, like JIRA and PPM.
  • Agile development environment and exposure to Scrum tools and methodology.

  • Core Java development.
  • Springboot and UI development using Angular.
  • US Health benefits and Healthcare domain expertise.
  • Oracle Applications (R12) experience.
