About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our culinary team at DIL-E PUNJAB SWEETS & RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
