We are a dynamic and fast-paced pizza restaurant looking for a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards.
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Operations and Management
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain our high standards.
    • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient operations.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
