Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and quantity standards of Papa Johns.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we receive the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the required standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
