Job Title: Partner Program Manager - TireConnect

TireConnect is a leading digital platform serving the automotive aftermarket industry. As a Partner Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, building, and sustaining strategic industry and partner relationships to drive program awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial partner programs to drive sales and other benefits for TireConnect and its partners.
  • Design and implement operational processes, integration, and reporting requirements to support the program.
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to drive program adoption, profitability, and overall success.
  • Manage new partner onboarding, including qualifying partners, conducting due diligence, and creating integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop program agreements that accommodate various types of partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of partner program management experience in a SAAS company.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with various partner types and partnership models.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
