Job Title: Partner Program Manager - TireConnect

TireConnect is a leading digital platform serving the automotive aftermarket industry. We are seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Partner Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic industry and partner relationships to drive program awareness and engagement. This role involves monitoring performance metrics and running regular business reviews to ensure the program's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential partners using strategic thinking and analysis.
  • Design mutually beneficial partner programs with the goal to drive sales and other benefits for TireConnect as well as deliver value for our partners.
  • Manage new partner onboarding: qualifying partners, conducting due diligence and creating integration requirements.
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to drive program adoption, profitability and overall success.
  • Define operational processes, integration and reporting requirements to support the changes and ongoing management of the program.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of partner program management in SAAS company.
  • Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with various partner types and partnership models.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business models.
