Content Claims Specialist

Crawford & Company is seeking a highly skilled Content Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Content Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in the claims handling process, working closely with adjusters, policyholders, and other industry vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of content claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct onsite visits to meet with adjusters and policyholders to conduct inventories of total loss contents.
- Ensure consistent and quality turnaround of all claims in accordance with company productivity and performance standards.
- Work with support teams to organize and direct resources required for completing inventories and LKQ valuations of total loss contents.
- Adhere to company commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process.
- Complete and submit detailed work logs daily for all claim tasks completed.
- Maintain claim-related notes in the company's platform, exclaim, related to various tasks involved in handling the claim.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and pricing of all outstanding items, adhering to Like, Kind, and Quality (LKQ) standards.
- Secondary School diploma.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Some prior background or experience in the property claims industry is an asset.
- Ability to provide an adequate workspace, free of noise.
- Employee must provide their own high-speed internet service.
- Company equipment, including a laptop, will be provided.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
