Banquet Operations LeadWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Banquet Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of all banquet events, from setup to service and beyond.
Responsibilities:- Oversee table decorations, food presentation, and service quality for every event.
- Manage floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest service throughout each banquet.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators to understand client needs and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning or execution of events.
- Lead event supervision and execution, ensuring all details are attended to and guests have a memorable experience.
- Manage client relationships, including meetings and contract negotiations, to build strong partnerships.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the banquet team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee room set-ups, bar operations, and scheduling to ensure efficient event flow.
