We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Assurance Specialist to join our team at GPSI. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our supply chain and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Assurance: Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee timely and quality deliveries from our partners. This includes:
  • Monitoring delivery schedules to ensure alignment with our production needs.
  • Collaborating with the quality control team to ensure delivered components meet established standards.
  • Proactively resolving delivery issues to prevent production disruptions.
  • Production Optimization: Leveraging your production management expertise, you will optimize production processes and accelerate tasks. This includes:
  • Supervising production activities at partner facilities to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
  • Prioritizing tasks and orders to meet critical deadlines and minimize production interruptions.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related inquiries. You will establish and maintain open communication channels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will lead initiatives to continuously improve our supply chain and production processes, focusing on delivery reliability and production efficiency.
  • Reporting and Documentation: You will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records on supplier performance, issues, and improvements related to delivery and production. You will generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in supplier delivery assurance, with experience in guaranteeing timely and reliable deliveries.
  • Background in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in supplier management, including delivery assurance and production coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools, for data analysis and report creation.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish strong relationships with suppliers and clearly convey delivery and production expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively address delivery and production issues.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies to enhance delivery reliability and production efficiency.
  • Experience or skills in project management, particularly in delivery assurance and production optimization, are an asset.
