Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

AAA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process and final inspection of structural assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Audit Company systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in training and directing junior employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Perform calibration of measuring and processing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all products, processes, and services meet applicable airworthiness, Company, or customer quality requirements.
  • Provide assistance in quality review of Engineering Masters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Knowledge of process specifications and materials to ensure quality and safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform measurement/testing of products, tools, and processes, and record results.
  • Prepare all paper records and certificates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a clean work area and alert supervisor of any safety concerns.

Requirements:

  • Vocational diploma in aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in the quality field.
  • Mastery of inspection techniques.
  • Very good knowledge of aeronautical technical specifications.
