Bilingual Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Account Executive to join our team at CA003 Victor Insurance Managers Inc (CA). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a large block of business comprised of small to mid-sized Insured and Administrative Services Only (ASO) clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to assist clients in offering the best products and services.
- Manage a service plan tailored to each client to ensure they are well supported and understand our capabilities and value proposition.
- Proactively manage a renewal book of both Insured and ASO business.
- Assist clients with escalated claims issues to a satisfactory resolution.
- Create, manage, and distribute specialized reports on a regular basis.
- Take the lead with clients and internal departments to manage emerging situations and issues.
- Look for ways to add additional value to our distribution.
- Meet and exceed annual retention targets.
- 5+ years of group insurance account management experience.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in supporting a large block client in the small to mid-size market.
- Proven track record of successful problem-solving.
- Strong technical skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at a high level.
- Superior oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability for limited overnight travel.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
