About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
