Job Title: Director - Corporate Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Corporate Policy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic policies that drive business growth and social impact.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, corporate social responsibility, and policy development. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic policies that align with our business objectives and social impact goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive policy development and implementation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation and monitoring
  • Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on policy-related matters
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or social entrepreneurship
  • At least 10 years of experience in business strategy, corporate social responsibility, or policy development
  • Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization, with a strong track record of driving policy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
