Job Title: Director - Corporate Policy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our corporate policy initiatives and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and social impact.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate policy strategies that align with our business objectives and societal needs. This will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results and create shared value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate policy strategies that align with business objectives and societal needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results and create shared value
  • Manage complex projects and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure initiatives' social and business impact
  • Support the development of business strategies that integrate social issues into business models
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, healthcare, social entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business or healthcare strategy, operations, innovation, social impact, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role focusing on strategy, innovation, social entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • 6+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in a matrix organization and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to social impact
