Job Title: Director - Corporate Policy

The Director, Corporate Policy, will lead a team to develop, drive, and support technology strategies that enable Société Financière Manuvie to deliver innovative digital experiences to our customers and drive efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of technology strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Group Benefits Product Partners and the Directors of Engineering to act as a key senior technology partner.
  • Align the technology strategy, plans, and implementation of solutions with the delivery of Group Benefits business goals.
  • Identify and exploit internal best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of technology professionals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of technology for the Group Benefits unit.
  • Establish operating and investment budgets within the respective work area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, management of information systems, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communications judgement and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations based on analysis.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 CAD - $150,000.00 CAD, depending on experience.
