Job Title: Director - Corporate Policy

The Director, Corporate Policy, will lead a team to develop, drive, and support technology strategies that enable Société Financière Manuvie to deliver innovative digital experiences to our customers and drive efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of technology strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Group Benefits Product Partners and the Directors of Engineering to act as a key senior technology partner to develop and implement the right technology solutions to drive the business.
  • Align the technology strategy, plans, and implementation of solutions so that it is consistent with delivery of Group Benefits business goals.
  • Identify and exploit internal best practices to improve technology assets that support our digital growth strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, management of information systems or equivalent an asset.
  • Exceptional communications judgement and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate working with management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations based on analysis.
