Job Title: Director - Corporate Policy

At Société Financière Manuvie, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Corporate Policy to lead our corporate policy initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies that support our company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment with business goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure effective policy implementation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure policy effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, law, public policy)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy development and implementation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
