We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Finance and Headcount Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR budgets, headcount, and related financial processes across EMEA.

Responsibilities Financial Management
  • Develop and manage the annual HR Operations budget, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor monthly expenditures against budget projections, identifying and addressing any variances promptly.
  • Analyze spending patterns and propose cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Finance partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Astellas policies.
Headcount Management
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR headcount planning strategies, working closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of current and projected FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) across all HR functions.
  • Provide regular reports on headcount trends and forecasts to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between headcount plans and business needs.
Project Management
  • Lead and manage HR Operations projects, ensuring adherence to Astellas project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR finance principles, headcount management practices, and project management methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
