About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Professional Service Delivery. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in project management, team leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of our e-commerce platform's services to new and existing customers.
  • Lead teams in Training & Implementation, Project Management, and Data Services, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and customer success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or with activity registration platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data services, including migration, integration, and reporting.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
