About the Role
Vancity is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Experience Representative to join our team. As a Member Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process member transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet member needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on Vancity's products and services, making recommendations to members as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or diploma preferred.
- Experience in a financial services or customer-facing role an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer skills.
