Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping to enhance their experience and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm, providing a positive experience for our customers
  • Offer customer service assistance to existing and potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Striking up conversations with local shoppers to pre-qualify them and offer advice and guidance
  • Pitching our products or services to interested and qualified individuals, using examples to relate to people and overcome objections
  • Completing sales transactions for interested buyers and collecting information for reporting and analysis
  • Reviewing daily performance and brainstorming ways to improve results and increase sales
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive weekly wage, plus additional compensation for each completed transaction and for achieving certain targets. Our average first-year earnings are $37,500-$42,500, with top performers taking home $55k+. We also provide ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and advance your career.

Requirements:
  • Be over the age of 18 and able to work in Canada
  • Able to commute to our office and different retail sites
  • Interested in career progression and learning new skills
  • Willing to work on-site in a retail or similar environment
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated by money, recognition, rewards, and challenges
