Job Title: Training Representative

Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Training Representative to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our Screening Officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of our Screening Officers.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of our Screening Officers to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with our training team to design and implement new training initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our Screening Officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Training and Development.
  • Post-secondary education in Adult Learning, Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in adult learning and training delivery.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach, correct, and mentor Screening Officers.
  • Ability to pass the Screening Contractor Training Representative course.
  • Flexible to work within a 24/7 operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Aviation-related experience, including working with various stakeholders within the aviation industry, would be an asset.
  • Ability to acquire Transportation Security Clearance (TSC).
  • Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Online Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Must be a current resident of Metro Vancouver.
