Job Overview:
- Achieve financial performance goals by mentoring the team in expected business practices and initiatives.
- Deliver tailored coaching to advisors, the Customer Service Director, and the business development support team to enhance their capabilities and foster their career growth.
- Recruit, nurture, and oversee team performance.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures concerning customer segmentation, referrals, transactions, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operations.
- Act as the Compliance Officer to oversee all financial services representatives.
- Build enduring relationships with branch clients through acquisition and retention strategies.
- Enhance service quality for small enterprises based on the branch's market potential.
Qualifications:
- Five to ten years of experience in managing and coaching a service advisory/business development team.
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, depending on position level.
- Related university certificate or PUB and nine years of experience, depending on position level.
- Related Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of experience, depending on position level.
- Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on position level.
- Must be a registered financial services representative.
- Must ensure unit administrative compliance or obtain within 3 to 6 months of hire.
