The Banking Advisor position at National Bank offers a dynamic and varied career path that allows individuals to grow professionally and make a positive impact on their clients' and colleagues' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assist clients in using banking applications and ATMs, and provide guidance on personal banking services.
- Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Offer advice and provide transaction solutions for personal banking clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships and ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
The branch is open one evening per week, and various work schedules are available, depending on team availability. This position reports to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager.
As a member of the team, you will work with a group of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. Our team values passionate individuals and bold ideas, and we work together to ensure our clients achieve their goals and colleagues enjoy their work.

Prerequisites- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
