About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within the education-as-a-benefit and corporate training sectors. You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with key decision-makers at leading organizations, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that empower their workforce development strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling high-value training programs to a diverse range of clients.
  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects through targeted outreach and networking activities, expanding our reach within the corporate training market.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, guiding clients through a consultative process that ensures their needs are met and they achieve tangible results from our solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including product specialists and customer success managers, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive successful outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate training, continuously refining your sales strategies and knowledge base.

Your Qualifications
