We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at RIAA's E&A Services Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Finance and insurance, business services.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, client focus, accountability, and due diligence.
