Job Overview:
As a Senior Legal Counsel at Borea Construction, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Legal Affairs. Your main responsibilities will include supporting and advising management and internal teams on various commercial and contractual matters, compliance, and dispute prevention.
This full-time position offers flexible hybrid work arrangements, depending on your location, with occasional travel to North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and commercial documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop contract models and tools to facilitate contract management, streamlining processes and reducing risks.
  • Advise on legal requirements, risks, and compliance, providing expert guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide legal advice on dispute resolution and claims management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Manage litigation when required, working closely with external counsel and internal teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Train internal teams on legal matters, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Other tasks related to the senior legal counsel position, as assigned by the Director of Legal Affairs.
