Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Lévis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the company's commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice on commercial matters, including contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Managing intellectual property rights and providing guidance on licensing and agreements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial law and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

Requirements:

  • A degree in law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, including contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
