About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Mental Health and Addictions Intake Leadership team, the Assistant Manager plays a vital role in advancing the priorities of the portfolio. This involves supporting the development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives, ensuring the effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in delivering quality client-centered care.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in health or a related field, be eligible for registration with a relevant health or professional discipline, and have 3-5 years of recent and related progressive leadership experience. Experience in Mental Health and Addictions is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Provincial Manager of Intake in advancing the priorities of the portfolio
  • Develop and implement assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives
  • Ensure the effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources
  • Collaborate with the Provincial Manager of Intake and the Provincial Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives
  • Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
