About YouWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in health or a related field, be eligible for registration with a relevant health or professional discipline, and have 3-5 years of recent and related progressive leadership experience. Experience in mental health and addictions is an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives
- Ensure the effective and efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in delivering quality client-centered care
- Collaborate with the Provincial Manager of Intake and the Provincial Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives to support standardization and advancement of person-centered services
- Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in health or a related field
- Eligible for registration with a relevant health or professional discipline
- 3-5 years of recent and related progressive leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of mental health and addictions care delivery systems
- Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan. The hourly rate for this position is $51.53.
