Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Household Management: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
- Medication Management: Assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
- Safety and Security: Ensure clients' safety and security by monitoring their environment and responding to emergencies.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a care-giving role, preferably in a home care setting.
- Certifications: Continuing Care Assistant Certification, First Aid Certification, and CPR Certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
