    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
    • Arrange travel and related itineraries, as well as make reservations as needed.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
