Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Canpars Professional Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment, organizing meetings and appointments, and overseeing administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain facilities and equipment, and purchase office supplies as needed
  • Organize meetings and set appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the conduct of administrative procedures, including handling received letters from the immigration office and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Assist in creating and managing office budgets and bookkeeping activities
  • Prepare operational reports for management to ensure efficiency
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in legal/immigration settings
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email, MS Windows, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales (CRM)
  • Business administration or management course or certificate is an asset
