Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and billing information
* Prepare and process medical claims, insurance forms, and other documents
* Order supplies and maintain inventory of office materials
* Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
