The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong drive and a genuine enthusiasm for marketing.
Position Scope:
Responsible for crafting and executing marketing materials and initiatives to bolster Business to Business efforts. Ensure all activities align with company objectives and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the brand team to create and distribute retailer-facing materials (e.g., literature, displays, coupons).
- Oversee the comprehensive implementation of the Puresource/NOW Catalogue, from creation and content development to print and digital formats.
- Design and manage monthly trade-facing e-newsletters.
- Maintain and update monthly digital wholesale price lists.
- Lead and coordinate National Trade shows, managing timelines, budgets, booth arrangements, product inventory, vendor relations, and all related marketing support materials.
- Manage and update the company website and B2B platforms, ensuring digital product content is accurate and current on content platforms.
- Establish and monitor budgets for trade marketing activities.
- Implement trade advertising placements in key publications.
- Support the launch and training of new third-party brands in collaboration with the sales team.
- Work with cross-functional teams on various projects.
- Handle additional ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a related field.
- Exceptional collaboration skills within an organization.
- Strong project management experience (3+ years).
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Experience in leading and managing trade shows is essential.
- Hands-on experience with digital agencies to ensure website integrity.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for marketing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
