Executive Director, Branch Operations

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of the branches within the division. They will be tasked with meeting or surpassing set goals across various areas such as sales, service, parts, training, PM agreements, storage solutions, and administration while ensuring alignment with all other operational divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management, business leadership, development, and supervision for the branches in the designated area.
- Engage with all stakeholders, including senior management, as needed.
- Achieve asset management targets related to turnover, aging, and safeguarding company assets, including new and used inventory, while maintaining the right inventory mix for sales and market share objectives.
- Manage and nurture all employees in the Division to cultivate a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term company, customer, and employee success.
- Set performance goals for Managers and assess their achievements using KPIs provided by the Company.
- Execute directives from Head Office across the designated operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in the material handling industry, with at least 5 years of experience in management and/or business operations.
- Degree or diploma with a business focus is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Solid financial acumen, including cost management, business planning, and goal setting.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, lead by example, show initiative, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail and a continuous commitment to fostering positive customer relationships.
- Must have and maintain a valid passport and be willing to travel.
