About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Enrollment Representative to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Acquisition: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them to determine if there's a strong fit between their needs and our services.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the entire client journey from initial contact to personal enrollment calls, completing the sale, onboarding the client, and pairing them with the right coach on our team.
  • Client Success: Share in the success of our clients from Day 1 until they sign their job offer in consulting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of continuous experience in sales and/or enrollment with a strong sales track record.
  • Background in sales and/or enrollment with a coaching or ed-tech company is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiating, relationship-building, and management skills.
  • Proactive and strong ability to analyze processes and suggest ideas on how things can be done better.
  • Responsive to performance feedback and excited to continue learning and growing.

  • Convert potential clients who are a good fit for our services into actual clients and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Be a good listener, empathetic, and willing to say no to people who aren't a good fit to work with us.
