The Crew Scheduler is a key member of the Air Creebec team, responsible for ensuring the efficient use of crew members within the limitations of Federal Air Regulations, labour work rules, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Chief Dispatcher, coordinate the scheduling of Air Creebec Pilots and Flight Attendants.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Air Regulations, labour work rules, and company policies.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to optimize crew utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts and high pressure.
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year previous experience in aviation is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in general computer and software applications.
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and French) with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
