  • Under the supervision of the Chief Dispatcher, coordinate the scheduling of Air Creebec Pilots and Flight Attendants.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Air Regulations, labour work rules, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to optimize crew utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts and high pressure.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year previous experience in aviation is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in general computer and software applications.
  • Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and French) with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
