YOUR ROLE
As a Crew Scheduler with Air Creebec inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient use of our crew members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Schedule Air Creebec Pilots and Flight Attendants in accordance with Federal Air Regulations, labour work rules, and company policies.
* Ensure optimal crew utilization while maintaining high levels of service quality.
* Collaborate with the Chief Dispatcher to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize crew assignments.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our crew members' skills, availability, and preferences.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, policies, and procedures that impact crew scheduling.
**Requirements:**
* Secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
* A minimum of one year of previous experience in aviation is considered an asset.
* Strong knowledge of general computer and software applications.
* Ability to work on rotating shifts and under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
