Job Summary

Air Creebec inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Scheduler to join our team. As a Crew Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient use of our crew members within the limitations of Federal Air Regulations, labor work rules, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Chief Dispatcher, schedule Air Creebec Pilots and Flight Attendants to ensure optimal crew utilization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules, taking into account crew availability, flight schedules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze crew performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our crew members, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year previous experience in aviation, preferably in a scheduling or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of general computer and software applications, including scheduling and communication tools.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
