Position Overview: The Dental Case Management Specialist plays a crucial role in client engagement regarding case support and treatment strategies, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role also encompasses overseeing final quality assurance and delivering internal training focused on the technical aspects of all cases. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the dental laboratory sector and strong leadership capabilities are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Case Management Specialist:
    • Evaluate, identify, and propose solutions for complex restorative cases.
    • Engage in discussions regarding restorative options with dental professionals via phone and email.
    • Provide clear instructions to technicians concerning challenging cases.
  • As a Dental Technician:
    • Perform porcelain build-up.
    • Conduct staining and glazing procedures.
    • Design and fabricate crown and bridge restorations.
    • Cement implant crowns onto abutments.
    • Create VIP designs.
  • As Final Quality Assurance:
    • Inspect cases from the plaster room prior to production.
    • Assess and refine margins.
    • Review and correct work tickets.
    • Evaluate digital designs.
    • Examine wax-ups before investing.
    • Ensure all final restorations and appliances adhere to company quality standards.
  • As Customer Success Support:
    • Assist with customer service functions as needed.
    • Ensure that dental professionals provide accurate instructions on cases to maintain product quality.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Technical School program – Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental laboratory field.
  • Proven ability to manage personnel, processes, and technology effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French (oral and written), along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with 3Shape and Exocad systems.
  • Experience with All-on-X cases.
  • High attention to detail and precision.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
  • Awareness of current industry technology trends and applications.
