Role Overview: The Case Management Specialist is tasked with facilitating client interactions concerning case support and treatment strategies, ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction. This role also encompasses overseeing final quality assurance and delivering training to internal teams on the technical aspects of all cases. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental laboratory sector and strong leadership capabilities are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:As a Case Management Specialist
  • Evaluate, identify, and propose solutions for challenging restorative cases.
  • Engage in discussions regarding restorative options with dental professionals via phone and email.
  • Provide clear instructions to technicians concerning complex cases.
As a Dental TechnicianPerform porcelain build-up tasks.Execute staining and glazing procedures.Design and create crown and bridge restorations.Cement implant crowns onto abutments.Develop VIP designs.
As Quality Assurance Lead:
  • Inspect cases from the plaster room prior to production.
  • Assess margins and make necessary adjustments.
  • Review and amend work tickets.
  • Evaluate digital designs for accuracy.
  • Verify wax-ups before the investment process.
  • Ensure that final restorations and appliances adhere to the company's quality standards.
As Customer Support SpecialistAssist with customer service functions as needed.Ensure that dental professionals provide accurate instructions on cases to maintain product quality.
Qualifications:
  • Technical School – Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the dental laboratory field.
  • Ability to manage personnel, processes, and technology effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and French communication skills (oral and written), with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity with 3Shape and Exocad systems.
  • Experience with All-on-X cases.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
  • Awareness of current industry technology trends and applications.
