About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our mortgage business and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to increase mortgage sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product specialists
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as real estate agents and builders, to promote our mortgage products
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the mortgage market
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate sales teams and other stakeholders on mortgage products and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
